The Residential Financing Council (RFC) is a division of The Professional Certification Corporation (PCC) is a for-profit corporation, whose purpose is to create and develop professional designations, whose purpose is to create a national organization comprised of real estate brokers and agents and representatives from related industries. Under the direction of its President, Charles Dahlheimer, (Founder of REBAC), the Residential Financing Council confers the Residential Finance Specialist (RFS) designation. The Council will provide an ongoing source of professional education and marketing assistance to its membership, and a source of knowledgeable professionals for the consumer marketplace. 

Knowledge of real estate financing by agents has become a necessity to survive in today’s rapidly changing market. In this intense, two-day course, the student will learn about why we need to know about financing and:
